All images are copyrighted by Red Rock Reverie Photography. By purchasing a print, you are granted a personal use license to enjoy your images as physical prints. Customers are not authorized to redistribute, sell, or otherwise share digital copies of any photos for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. Shipping and Delivery
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely at your door. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 days, with delivery between 7-10 days. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Shipping times may vary depending on location. I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Any additional fees, taxes, or duties for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Custom Sizes/Requests
I am happy to offer custom sizes for prints. If you would like a print in a size that is not listed, please reach out to me directly. I will provide a quote and time frame for your custom order. Custom orders are subject to the same policies regarding sales, refunds, and shipping.
4. Framing and Mounting
While I offer unframed prints, framing is available for certain sizes. Please contact me for details regarding framing options, including frame style and price. Note that framed prints may take additional time to process and ship.
5. Refunds & Exchanges (Specific to Defective Items)
Due to the custom nature of photography prints, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged print or there is a defect in the product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution. I will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
6. Image Print Areas
Please note that the corners and sides of images may be slightly cropped or zoomed in to fit within the safe printing area when producing your prints. This ensures the best possible quality and composition for your prints. If you have any concerns about cropping, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
